Best Friends

Kaitlin has a new best friend!! This was the 2nd play date with Kaitlin and "Fluff Fluff". The 1st meeting did not go so well and ended with Kaitlin attempting to eat "Fluff Fluff". She would not let go the second time around and they had so much fun. I think they will be friends for life. 

1st stroll

We finally got a nice weekend in VA and Kaitlin got to go on her 1st strolling adventure! She loved the movement when you are strolling but did not like the stopping part to visit with neighbors. Every stop was met with loud objections from Kaitlin so we kept on rollin'! Here are some pictures from the 1st stroll. 

1 month old!!!

It has been 1 month since we were blessed by Kaitlin's arrival. This has been the shortest and longest month of our life. It is hard to remember what our life was life before Kaitlin Grace. Everyone said to cherish every moment because kids grow up fast and it is amazing to see how much she has changed in 1 month.

3 weeks!!

Kaitlin and Daddy spending some quality time together on her 3rd week!! We have been so lucky to have Daddy home, and we'll miss him when he goes back to work.

We celebrated Kaitlin's 3 week old birthday with a bath. She did not mind the water but hated being out in the cold!!

We are having so much fun with Kaitlin and soaking in every second. We played dress up the other day. Here is Kaitlin Ladybug.

Christ the Lord is Risen Today

Happy Easter!! We did not make it to church today, with a 2 week old that was not in the plan. Kory made us a special Easter Brunch and we have been celebrating and worshipping our amazing Lord and Savior today. I have always loved Easter but this year it has been extra special.

Our Little Sweet Pea

This was my 1st baby outfit I recieved all the way back in September (Thanks Gigi!!) It was so exciting to actually put the outfit on Kaitlin after waiting for so long. Hope you all have a wonderful Easter. We miss sharing the day with our family and can't wait for a big Egg hunt next year.

Two weeks!!!

I cannot believe it has been two weeks since our baby girl arrived!! We had another visit with Dr Joe on Wednesday and Kaitlin is growing up so fast. She weighed 8 pounds 9 1/2 oz which is average for a girl and she was 21 1/4 inches which puts her in the 75th percentile. She is already in 3 month clothes and size 1 diapers. Daddy is ready to put up a brand new basketball goal in the driveway and buy a set of golf clubs already! We are enjoying every minute with our little girl.
