I grew up in Knoxville and have been a VOL fan my entire life. Pat Summitt has been a coach at Tennessee my entire life!!! When Tennessee built our brand new basketball arena they named the floor “ The Summitt” in her honor! Coach Summitt IS Tennessee Basketball!!
She is an amazing woman and a phenomenal coach! Knoxville encouraged people to wear orange today in support of Coach Summitt and even though we are a thousand miles away we wear orange for her !!!
